Highland Park is full and resonant in flavour with smoky tones all through. It is not heavy, showing silky, slightly creamy texture.

Tobermory distillery produces 2 types of whisky on the Isle of Mull tobermory and Ledaig. Ledaig is the old name for the distillery.
Sweet toffee nose with a peaty aromatic flavour.

Poit Dhubh, pronounced "potch ghoo" and literally meaning "black pot", is also the gaelic term for an "illicit still"
It is a fine unchilfiltered malt at 43%, partly matured in sherry casks with a soft graceful flavour and a trace of peatiness.

The water supply carries a considerable amount of peat from the Lingro Burn and local springs, as a result of which the barley it uses is left unpeated.

Scapa is delicate, floral, salty and smooth textured. Elegant with slow-slide finish.

The Talisker Distillery was established in 1830 and remains the only distillery on the Isle of Skye.

Finish malty, still spicy, running drier, tailing to smoke.
