Colour Amber.
Tasting notes, undiluted nose with Some sherry notes, cereal and malt elements. A sweet nutty aroma develops. The palate is Peppery with spicy elements and liquorice. Malty with a subtle chocolate sweetness. With water the Nose becomes Perfumed violets, some sherry fruitiness and a smoky, charred wood note, the palate is of dry grass with a hint of cedar wood. Some sherry flavours evident,the body is Light to Medium. The finish is dry with a touch of oak. Cask type, Refill Sherry casks. A lighter style of Highland Malt.
