Bottle Conditioned.
A mixture of 4 special malts results into this unusual colour, light dark brown going into russet. The aromas of hop and special malts create the dominating taste in this beer.
Moinette brune combines slight bitterness with a fruity touch.

Oerbier means original, from the source. This beer has been brewed in small scale (5 gallons) at home in a copper wash kettle, by two brothers who were students at the time.
Oerbier is brewed from all different malts, Poperinge Golding hops in flowers and a special yeast which makes it a little tart, especially with aging.

The Abbey of Orval is located near Florenville, Belgium in the provence of Luxembourg. The present brewery was completed in 1929, at which time the skittle, (pin) shaped bottle was introduced.
The only beer brewed by the Trappist order at Orval, but a classic. Deep orangey colour, earthy, hoppy nose with hints of citrus and spice, rich, slightly peppery palate, and a long, drying finish.

Van Steenberge
Piraat is a wickedly rich and rounded brew that packs a mighty punch. The powerful glow builds up from inside. Deep golden with a subtle haze. Lots of hops and malt. Mild sweetness. Reminiscent of bread dough, spices and tropical fruits.

3 Monts is a classic Bière de Garde.
The beer, named after 3 small nearby hills on the farm, is an old fashioned, full flavoured beer brewed from strong aromatic Flemish hops and fermented using top yeasts.

Pale golden in color with a white, dense foam and a flavor that is soft, creamy and slightly herbal.

A Soft dark brown ale, with a lot of dried fruit and chocolate notes. Sweetish finish.

This is a dark fruity brown ale with a wonderful warming finish.

Big, full-bodied creamy beer, soft and slightly sweet on the tongue

Fairly pale, dry tripel, some spice notes and a slightly yeasty finish

Good quality commercial raspberry lambic. Fairly dry finish makes it quite moreish.

A beautiful amber-red ale, with a large head that lasts well. Nose is complex - dark fruit and woody notes. Dried fruit flavours - raisin, date, and spices. Sherryish finish.
