AROMA:
Initial fresh pineapple and banana, almost port-wine. Followed by caramel and a hint of freshly baked bread.

TASTE:
Initial sweetness quickly followed by a peppery hop which fades into liquorice and chocolate raisins, then a very long warming finish.

The Endeavour was originally brewed as a one off special beer to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the brewery. The beer itself is a mid-brown strong tasting bitter.

The complex mix of malt and hops produces a well balanced, mid brown ale, nutty in the mouth with a lingering hop and bitter aftertaste.

The high gravity requires large quantities of malt which give a very full mouthfeel. The sweetish malt gives way to cinder toffee and navel oranges. A single hop, centennial, is used for a clean, characterful bitterness and floral aroma.

A smooth well balanced traditional ruby bitter. Made with a complex malt grist of five different malts, combined with Goldings, Fuggles and Challenger hops. When young, the sweetness of malt sugars lends strong toffee notes, which give way to the gentle but full bitterness of the hops as the yeast consumes the sugars during maturation.
