Brewers NotesThis is a traditional alcoholic ginger beer with a distinctly adult taste. Brewed using malted barley and wheat, it has a recognisably 'beery' flavour although it contains NO hops. We use loads of fresh root ginger, some lemons and a small amount of organic cane sugar along with the malts... and that's it.
NEWIf ever there was a beer to make you smile , relax and be happy, this is it. Fresh, aromatic and satisfying, good times is a county pale ale, brewed with a delicious combination of barley, oats, hops, meadowsweet and elderflowers.
Roisin (pronounced Rosheen) tastes of all the good things a micro-brewed beer should (malt & hops) but with a distinct, delicate fruit aroma. Oh, and its pink!! It is best enjoyed chilled, but not freezing cold, otherwise we are wasting time and resources making it so good and flavoursome!
A classic IPA, heavily hopped.
A crisp, citrusy, scottish lager.
A classic red ale, brewed with large amounts of crystal malts, which give the beer a warm red colour. Lots of late whole hops-Cascade and Bobek- add a lovely citrusy, hoppy aroma.
