This Pinot Grigio is sourced from vineyards on the Island of Sicily and has been made with the emphasis on fruit and freshness. It is a soft, fruity and full flavoured white wine.

This wine is harvested at the end of August and has a ageing process of 4/5 months in stainless steel vats.The aroma is intense, fruity and full flavoured with a pale yellow colour. The taste is very well balanced and highly drinkable.

Harvested at the beginning of September and aged in barriques and then vats for at least four months, before being refined for another two months before bottling. The colour is straw yellow, with hints of tropical fruits, a balanced and persistent white wine.

This Rose wine is harvested at the beginning of September and aged in stainless steel tanks. It is pink in colour with with red reflections. Floral and fruity with raspberry hints and intense flavours, elegant and well balanced.

Made from a blend of Nero d’Avola and other grapes specific to the area. Harvested in the middle of September and aged for at least one year in vats. It is ruby red in colour and has a fruit driven bouquet with hints of blackberry and raspberry. A well balanced and harmonious red wine.

Made from the Nero D'Avola grape. Harvested in Mid-September, and aged in vats for six months and barriques for at least three months. This wine is ruby red in colour, intense, with slight hints of spice and notes of cherry and vanilla.

Harvested in the middle of October and matured in small oak barrels and refined for at least 2 months in the bottle.
The colour is ruby red with intense and persistent aromas with hints of red fruit and spices. Raspberry, red currant,
plum, cloves and vanilla are all present leading to a dry, and rounded finish.

A blend of Nero d’Avola, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Generally harvested in September and aged for 12 months in French oak barriques.

A red with a full body and structure, produced solely from Montepulciano grapes. It is matured in traditional oak casks for at least one year before it is sent to the market. It combines the typical aromas of cherries of Rosso Cònero with an imposing but pleasantly soft structure. If properly preserved, the wine can be aged at length.

A selection of the best grapes and yields in the vineyard, that are deliberately kept low confer on this wines big structure. It is matured for one to two years in small French oak barrels and nearly two years in the bottle before it is released for consumption. The most imposing characteristic of the wine is its aroma of cherries, which is typical of Rosso Cònero. It blends harmoniously with scents of wood. The wine is adapted to prolonged aging.
